This is a seminar for all, Developers, Engineers, City Planners, Architects,
Waterway designers, Professors, Principals, Teachers, Students to look
deeper into innovation, into rally more of forces of nature, to direct the
insatiable nature of human into constructive work.

These are with utilities patents filed, and have been gradually put into
real practices. These have long term relevance, significant relevance, as it is based on
deeper understanding of how Civilization progress.
This is beyond merely saying “the only constant is change”
This tell us why change taking place, where are we heading, why
construction industries is emphasized here, therefore we know what need to be invented,
what are performance parameters…..

Questions and answers can be in Chinese, English

Technological inventions has brought us 30 years of growth, everyone
around the world is just a phone call away, a LCD screen apart, many people fly
to work.
2001, Solvere cognized that this series of rapid innovation came to
stagnation, technology no longer able to drive world economy.
Even Spielberg, Zhang Yi Mou, Grammy running out of ideas, even stepping
on the same spot as VISA can be repeated endlessly.

But it was innovation that created jobs for the world, a few became Billionaires.
Without new industries, our economy cannot growth, many youth do not know
what to study.

Those who chose to study Management, Finance, found nothing to manage upon
graduation.

It is this critical moment, we need a new understanding of what are the
next areas for innovation, what are the key measures to qualify they are good
or bad invention, they have potential or merely a fashion, and most
importantly, when we are stuck, where to dig for new ideas to invent?

Solvere has identified 4 key areas for innovation,
1. 3 of these are for engineers, architects. (regarding why ecocity,
green building cannot succeed, how to make them successful, how to achieve
LKY call for continuous flow of water in waterway)
2. One of them is for finance, economists, regulators (what is function
of market, how to better regulate, yet get higher efficiency)

These are listed in his fourth book “Post Industrialization Dynamos PiD”.
This seminar will cater for all, from secondary school to retirees, from
common people to those who lead, or aspire to lead. Today, Manufacturing
no longer drive world economy, Construction Industries took major share,
examples will have emphasis on this.

Participants are encouraged to bring along questions regarding study,
projects, business plans…..
