IPOS is inviting the public to comments and offer suggestions on the proposed changes.
The closing date for submission is 14 August 2009.
The aim of this exercise is to obtain comments and suggestions on the following aspects of Singapores patent system:
Self-assessment regime
Application Process
Extension of time
Restoration
Renewal reminder
Second or subsequent new medical use claims
